The hold time to speak with a representative from the GFCU is absurd. When you do reach someone, they don't have the answers you need and will not give you the name or number of someone who CAN help you. My mother passed away 6 months ago, my name was on her account and I am still getting the run around while trying to close her account.
The worst EVER....I am having a serious issue and can not reach anyone in any department at any number.....I am not in an area that I can visit in person...I cant say enough about the terrible customer service.......
I know better than to try to reach anyone by phone. I mailed all the necessary paperwork to close two accounts on January 23, 2018. I was told to mail it to the Richardson address to Attn: Alexis Cantu. It has been 6 weeks and no response.
This is definitely NOT good customer service.
