Today, 9/11/17, I made a deposit to a prepaid mastercard ending in 2071 from GulfCoast Bank.
As of 10:34 pm tonight my deposit is not on my mastercard. I have spoken with Transcard and they stated no deposit was made to my account. The account on the receipt is xxxxxx2000.
The person who assisted me was name Shannon and she assured me the payment went to my prepaid mastercard. I gave her the card along with my drivers license and she appeared to write it down.
These funds was deposited to assist with a necessary payment. I told her my receipt normally looks different. I was than told by 2 other people that the receipt was correct. One was rather rude.
I recently made a deposit to the Gulf Coast in Arabi with no problem.
To say the least Shannon appeared incompetent as she ask questions twice to two different people. I don't know if they were management; but they were not concerned with my small deposit.
I don't know were my money is; but I will need it at 9:00 am on Tuesday 9/12/17.
The people at this branch are idiots and surely lack customer care. I normally don't go to this bank as this is my second bad experience.
I expect my funds to be found and returned on 9/12/17.
This is a huge inconvenience. And any charges I incur to this crazy process; I expect them to be suffered by GulfCoast Bank.
