Terrible service. Over 30 min. waiting to speak with a representative. No-one ever answered. Calling because they sent me new checks all with the complete wrong address on the checks. Really STUPID. I plan to change banks ASAP

I have called First Hawaiian Bank on three (3) different phone numbers trying to SPEAK to a rep/teller/supv. anyone. 55 minutes on HOLD. "HIGH FREQUENCY" THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER SYSTEM. excellent tape music over & over KALUA.
