Someone that banks at this bank stole my paycheck. Depsotied my pay check in their bank account at Territorial savings Ala Moana branch. I went to kailua branch with front and back copy of check from my employer. They couldn't give me a timeframe of when I can expect to to get my check back or replacement check. The staff I talked to clearly lacked customer service. I guess because I'm not a customer. Definitely will never bank with you. While I was at your kailua branch I called the policy and they came and I filed a police report forgery 2nd with the kailua police station. Then I had to complete an affidavit for your bank and then was told it has to be notorized........ Omg are you kidding me. Your ops sup suggested I drive to another branch that may or may not have a notary on staff. Horrible. Then
I was told an investigation needs to be made. I investigated it for you I bought you a copy of my check that your teller kindly paid to someone else.. What are your protocols. Will you be paying me for the incompetence of your staff. A simple I'm sorry your account name doesn't match the payee of the check you are trying to negotiate, would have stopped this thief. Shame on you for hiring people like this.
I am requesting a letter from your ceo on why this happened and why if it's your error you can't simply give me a timeline of what will happen. All I was told by numerous back office operation staff is that an investigation needs to happen. After I submit my notarized affidavit.
I anxiously await a reply
