How come none of the web sites list the telephone teller phone number? I am on the road without the number to check my account and this would sure be a nice convenient thing to get while on the road.
Digital check deposit is a joke. Decided to give it a try by electronically depositing a small $40 check. NIce! It was available the next day. Then made the mistake of depositing a $609 check on a Thursday morning. Guess what? Not available until the next Monday! Wow. No groceries for us for the weekend. NOT good customer service. Not a happy customer and won't use the service again. All those billboards touting BECU are looking pretty good. Hmmmm...
