Tonight (it makes me very nervous) I had to sign in over & over SIMPLY BECAUSE you wanted me to sign up for TEXTING. I do not have nor WANT a cell phone, I hate cell phones. To keep me from entering my payments for this silly reason is not good!
I will not do it! It took me about an hour to finally access my account!Do not do this any more.

I live in a small town where it is nice to count on great people that know and do their job very very well. It was a GREAT disappointment to not find the best employ was no longer their. ( Ginny Shup ) I've seen a lot of very nice & good people leave. What ever happened to small town curtesy and knowing your customers. If office politics had anything to do with it I hope you handle banking problems better than you do your employees. She was their a long time and could do anything you asked of her. Troy's loss Maybe my banking also. I'm sure I am not the only one that is upset.
