the founder and also bank presedent is a real ass . he is the type who likes the power and will not even try to work out a plan. an east hillsboroboy i know his family well from when our dads was alive. i call his mom aunt millie cause she is very nice to me. mr noyes and his assistant put me in a stressful and costly time during a long holliday with no reason other than being chickenshit. and to laugh about causing the problem
