Very disappointed in this bank customer service on back of card does not work take my advice bank somewhere else. Taking my banking somewhere else

this bank doesnt give a phone # to call the one they give on the card is discounted so you cant take care of your business when you call the # you have it hangs up on you go figure

This bank gives the worst experience ever! I don't know why they exist. They have the worst customer service. They close the account and open it without permission or contacting the customer to inform them. They charge fees at about $70 for a missed payment. $70?!
Also, they charge a fee for processing through the phone. The best of all is that if you make more than 6 online transactions, there is a fee of $30!
