I have been dealing with Cutomer Service for 2 days in reference to an entry made two times in our checking account. The first lady I talked with, Emily, was helpful with my questions. After speaking with the business where the transactions occurred, Marx Fireplaces, I called Customer Service again with a request that the transactions in question be faxed to the business. I do not know the persons name I spoke to with this request. She spoke to "Mary" who indicated I should obtain the statement and take it to the business. I called Marx again and was given several suggestions. I called my branch, Chatham, and talked to Misty the supervisor. After verifying my identity she promptly reviewed the two identical transaction and faxed a copy to Marxs. Thank you Misty! That's service. I can't say as much for Customer Service.
