How can you be called BETTER BANKS ? I went into the Dunlap Branch and asked if I could have a few coin wrappers. After I had to explain to the teller what I was talking about, she said they did not give those out. The teller next to her also said we do not give those out. They told me I should get them from my own bank, which I said I did but I ran out and needed a few more quarter wrappers. The manager than said you can buy them at some store I don't remember which I then told them that I did not have an account with them but that I only needed a few of the wrappers, never once did any of the three women say NO BECAUSE YOU DON"T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I called the bank and asked for the manager, and it was one of the women that told me know. She said that they told me it was because I did not have an account, but that was not the case, they never said that. Would it have been that much of a deal to give a person a few wrappers ??? This is not what I would call a BETTER BANK. I recently moved from Peoria to Dunlap and you can be sure that my accounts will not be given to the BETTER BANKS.
