I've been watching the weather for some years. I may have found a match on paper on my discover card. the day it went to -13 with -23 +- my discover card had a payment due of -$149 & a balance of -$230. I subtracted 13 from 149 =19 or 1.9. I subtract 149 from 230 is $81. there was another where I had a balance of -$70 & the temperature was I believe -7. that's 2 coincidences. I didn't trace back by the day to try to correlate more data. I've had to keep my tracfones off because of a multi state rains coming from sw of fw.
I don't usually use autopay on my bills & may have paid them on the read date or sooner.
