Do not call the cops on your longtime customers that take business calls in your parking lot like Leo did to me today.
They used to have good people work there and now they are all rookies who do not know their customers. What a joke of a bank. They waisted the time of the police and almost gave me a heart attack! Who is your HR person? I need to contact them.
Thank you !
IAB called the cops on me today while doing my checking in the car. Where did all the good people go that used to work there? What a rediculous thing to do to a 24 year customer! Your institution should be ashamed! The news media will love this story!
Merry Christmas to you and please respect your customers.
Banked here for 24 years. Today you called the cops on me while doing by banking and taking a business call. Please fire the manager and get back all the nice people who used to work there. The news media will love this story! What an immature, childish, over reactive thing to do! Please put a sign in your parking lot to warn innocent people about sitting in your parking lot signing checks. See how fast they flock to friendly banks! Nice customer service rookies!!
Was sitting in Leo bank parking lot doing my bank preparation and received a business call. Next thing I know the police were knocking on both sides of my vehicle and scared the crap out of me and sent my heart racing. The branch called the cops on me!!!!!! Are you kidding me???? The news media will love this story! Have been banking there for 24 years. Where did all of the nice people go that used to work there? They are all new and do not know their customers! You should be ashamed! And when you all get real careers you may realize how important customer service is and how to treat people properly. The manager needs to be fired over my suffering and anxiety that I experienced today. I will buy you a security camera so you can see what your missing.
