Accordingly, Fire Police City County Federal Credit Union is designated as a multiple common bond credit union is authorized to amend Section 5 of the Charter to read as follows:

"The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bonds:

1. Employees and volunteer firefighters of fire departments in Allen, Adams, DeKalb, Huntington, Noble, Wells, and Whitley Counties, Indiana;

2. Employees of the Emergency Medical Services, who are under the jurisdiction and control of the above listed fire departments;

3. Employees of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana;

4. Employees of the Signal Department of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who are under the Fire Department's pension plan;

5. Employees of Allen County, Indiana;

6. Employees of the City of New Haven, Indiana;

7. Employees of the Emergency Medical Services or the Communications Department of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who are under the jurisdiction and control of the Fort Wayne Fire Department;

8. Members of the Allen County Police Reserve operating under the supervision of the Sheriff of Allen County, Indiana;

9. Employees of the Police Department and the Board of Health of Fort Wayne, Indiana;

10. Members of the Fort Wayne Police Reserves or the Fort Wayne Student Police;

11. Employees of and members of civilian support units of the New Haven Police Department in New Haven, Indiana;

12. Employees of the Decatur Indiana Police Department;

13. Employees of the Adams County Indiana Sheriff's Department;

14. Employees of the Columbia City Police Department;
