The branch keeps losing staff or special support workers !

I called with problems I was having on my accounts and the branch manager was horrible to deal with in Wheaton. He was not caring or seemed like he was interested in helping me. After 20 years at fifth third and all of the extra fees they like to charge, I will be moving to another bank.

I called 5/3 on Radio Rd. in Naples to order more checks and deposit slips. I pressed 4 to speak to "customer service". It rang for a long time, then a recording came on saying "please enter your card number or social security number". I GAVE UP AFTER THE THIRD CALL TRYING. I GUESS I MUST GO INTO THE BANK TO ORDER WHAT I NEED.

They are very nice at this branch they listen and try to help everyone. They will go out of there way to assist everyone . I understsnd everyone wants fast gast go go . But its nice to feel like the people that takes care of your money are there for you as well .

I was just at Fifth Third Bank on East Hillsborough Ave in Tampa. I live in the vicinity and use the ATM occasionally. I was at the ATM today and needed change for a $20. I went into the bank and there was one teller - I went to the teller and asked for 2, $10 bills. The teller, who was counting bills at the time, asked if I had an account. I said no, she said no account, no change. She said it with a bad attitude - I have never been refused change in any bank in my entire life. Especially for only two tens - The teller acted like it was a chore to give me change. I called the bank, but no service. I will call again later.

This is the best best branch of 5th Third I've ever dealt with. As far as banks go on the whole, I love these guys. Joe, Jesus, & Justin as well as the tellers have always taken care of my needs. I can't say enough good about how they have treated me over the years. These employees deserve a raise based on their great performance over the years. Wouldn't do business with anyone but this branch of employees. Great job!!

Do not use the coin machine at this location it will rip you off. At first the machine was counting the coins really fast you can see the numbers on the Lcd screen moving fast. While still dumping the same amount and more in the count slowed down but still dropping at the same rate. Then it just abruptly stopped and restarted back up still counting slow while coins still dropping fast. I counted my money before going to this bank 380 some dollars. Sadly to say this machine only gave me 309 dollars and some change. I told the teller the machine shorted me almost 80 dollars her only reply was how would you like your money showed no interest in the matter at all. But I told her I understand it your or the banks fault at all and that I understood it some other vendors machine. I just wanted to let her know about the machine that all and nothing further. She was looking like why you telling me you only getting what's on this here receipt and how would you like your cash sirrrrrrrrr. And again no it's not 5/3 Bank fault but the machine needs to go or be replaced.

I have tried repeatedly to contact a bank representative concerning my fathers estate. I cannot get through because of the automated answering system. Is there a special secret or something I do not know. To contact a specific person at the Largo branch. Please advise as I am asked to enter my soc. Sec. Number and account. I have been trying to be in touch with various personel at this branch both via email and the main branch number. No one ever responds. I am told that the branch is still in operation. However the main branch number rings until the call center picks up.

I am very disappointed.
Please contact me immediately. I need some basic information about a P.U.D. matter related to my deceased relative.
