I made a principle mortgage payment five days ago at this branch and I still do not see it reflected on my account. That is scary
I could not contact anyone in safety box dept by phone.l wanted to verify that my daughter barbara had access to my safety deposit box .l have been a customer for many years. I have tried in vain to talk to (Anyone) who can tell me that my daughter is or is not listed as having access to my safety box. She is the executor of my will. I think I put her name as having access to my safety deposit box l just want verification. I used all the phone numbers given me to no avail.John Kubilus
ATM cash deposits take 2 days to post? Error on my part cost me a returned car note, & $36 fee even though it was still pending when I put cash in account thru ATM (because I work 50 hours a week!) so the personal banker says she can give me half of the Fee back as a courtesy. Even though I told her it was my car note, and now I’m $18 short- she says , it’s a courtesy. Lady, it’s been a rough couple months and I’m short because my husband isn’t working. I never over draw my account. She says I’m giving you half back, I’ve went beyond policy. Oh thanks. Thanks a lot. Closed Account- & she still don’t care that they are losing a customer over $18. Ridiculous.

Stay away from the Lockport branch. It's always new people and they always have attitudes. The last time my family sat down and spoke to a personal banker we ended up closing all of our accounts and moving them to Chase in Lockport. Why would I choose to stay somewhere with bad service?
Stopped at your bank for some cash from the Time Machine and fournd you charge someone five bucks to get money from they're checking account.... Talk about greed and ripping someone off you should be held responsible to everyone about your disregard for they're money and be reported to everyone who does business with you... There is no call for the way you treat people and should be reported to the Banking Industry and mad to advertize your greed...
BMO Harris in Homer Glen is not a great bank. It used to be NLSB and believe it or not, it used to be open on Sunday for the drive-thru. What a great bonus that was.
Then they were purchased by Harris and they, of course, changed the hours and the bank wasn't the same. Then BMO came on - wow, what a mess. They make everything so difficult for you. They should change their outer doors to a revolving door cause you very rarely see the same person twice. They removed their coin machine and basically their attitude sucks. Are all banks like this now?

Went to the drivethru on 11-15-17 and it was closed w no info posted. Cld on 11-16-17 to see if drivethru wd be open today...it rang and rang and rang and rang. Never got an answer. This bank sucks at customer service. ZERO STARS
After yrs of making deposits to my business acct at the drive thru, imagine my surprise when i pulled up to crudely sealed off deposit drawer. There used to be a commercial lane and a regular lane...both closed. Had to get out in the rain and go inside for the privilege of giving them my money. I will be looking for a bank that treats it's business customers better.
I have banked at this bank for over a century. There service has gone so badly downhill since BMO Harris took over that I am investigating moving to a different bank. They are worse and worse!++++++++--------------------------

I went into my bank to do a deposit, the teller told me that my check would be available the next morning or by midnight.. I checked and it was not there. I went back to my bank and the same teller I had yesterday was there. She went on a rant about how her back office sucks and does not know what they are doing. She was very unprofessional and extremely awkward. Come on BMO Harris get your crap together and stop hiring air heads! Her name was Sabrina. The rest off the staff had always been very helpful even the newer faces. I have never had problems with BMO before her or I would give 10 stars.
