I have been a member here for almost 10 years. I've never had any problems with IFCU until now. I waited until Cyber Monday to do all of my family's Christmas shopping, but all of presents were cancelled due to IFCU having a breach! Now, instead of IFCU reimbursing me the difference of less than $100.00, they would rather just say, it's not our fault that we had a breach, therefore we are not going to pay for it".

There is no complaint line or email contact for complaints/concerns.
What kind of customer service is this? It's not service at all, so I would definitely not recommend this credit union!!
