Horrible!!! I started banking with Kleberg about 4 years ago because they were open 7 days a week, most days til 7 pm. Now your lucky if u can make it on a Friday. They are closed on the weekends and weekdays they are always closed by 4-5 and they shut down all the locations that we another reason I chose this bank, convenient location. After 4 years of banking and 3 accounts, this bank did nothing but cause problems for me. There was absolutely no benifit or appreciating for being a loyal customer, they could even cut me a break on several overdraft feeds I was unaware of of from the same merchant trying over and over again draft from my account. They frequently have "system problems" that prevent you front accessing your own funds, but they apologize for inconveniencing you. After a heated discussion with them about how they should at least do something to compensate/make up for severely inconveniencing me, by me not having access to my money for about 6 hrs, they got all snotty and butt hurt and closed out my accounts, without my approval. I'm still wondering what they did with the funds I still had in my accounts. Worst bank ever!! Would give 0 Stars if that was an option.
