I’ve been wanting to open a bank account for a long time now. My work banks thru Kentucky Bank, and I was there one morning dropping off our deposit, so I thought, now or never. We started the process, and everything that could mess up, did. Lol I guess the computers knew I was in a hurry. Trish was THE MOST polite, and helpful customer service person I’ve ever encountered. She made the most of the time I had, and even brought the paperwork to me at my job, because I had to get back to work. That is how you win over new customers! Fantastic job!!
