I had an issue with Latoya Gilbert as she was monitoring my boyfriend's account unknowingly in which I later found out that there was a secret affair going on. I contacted HR at the location that she was working and reported the incident as she was in constant communication with him using the bank's personal line to communicate with him that was not related to business. I am a bit upset as no one contacted me later to ensure that the situation was resolved. As a business owner I will Never do business with this bank. I found the manner in which it was handled unprofessional and unethical.
