My family and I are in Orlando, FL and I can not get anyone to help me over the phone. I've called a number of time . I'm unable to get a balance on my account. I called every number I could find. I will be closing my Account with this credit union .

no one will answer the phone
they took over coastland fcu no access to my account any more
