Manistee Public Employees Credit Union

1.employees of the United States Government, the county and city of Manistee, Michigan, and of other political subdivisions in Manistee County, Michigan; employees of the West Shore Hospital and the Memorial Heritage Corporation, Manistee, Michigan (excluding those persons eligible for membership in the Manistee County Teachers Credit Union and the Northwestern State Employees Credit Union);

2.all members of the Catholic parishes and missions supporting Manistee Catholic Central High School and organizations of such persons; all employees of Manistee Catholic Central High School;

3.persons on pension arising from foregoing employment;

4.members of record of Manistee Catholic Central Credit Union at time of merger;

also;employees of this credit union;

members of the immediate families of the foregoing;

organizations, incorporated or otherwise, composed for the most part of the same general group making up the membership outlined above;

and a spouse of a deceased member if elected to membership prior to remarriage.

A subscribing member shall not be eligible to vote or hold office until one fully paid share is owned.
