this bank SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
I just experienced the WORST service ever provided to me at Marquette Bank. Over a month ago, Michael Baran, at the Lemont branch, promised me that he would take care of an issue with a money market account. There is still an issue, and when I spoke to him just now, he was ignorant and non-apologetic ("there were two regional managers out during that time") about his failure to carry through on his promise to take care of this issue. My parents have been banking with this bank since before I was born. They have direct pay for their retirement going to the bank, and I am now seriously considering closing ALL accounts and change the direct deposit to another bank...maybe one that actually has employees who answer the phone and completes promised tasks. HORRIBLE! There's more I could say about the horrible conversation, but I just want this resolved by someone who actually will DO IT!
