I went looking for closest branch which is Maryland dr, henrico. When I finally found the right building, parked in handicap spot available and went to door I could not enter bldg because I was a visitor at back door! I got back in car and finally front of big bldg. There were at least 20 handicapped spots ALL OCCUPIED. We're part of these employees in the bldg? It's hard to believe they were all occupied. There were no other spots available. Where was I to park? I left and went home. What service. Phones too busy to answer my call today at 800 #!
I don't understand this kind of service.
