Have been with this institution for over 30 years. When the name changed from WTFCU to Signal, the service plummeted. Have had numerous problems since then with rude reps & Supervisor, not receiving checks when ordered twice & having to call 3 times to receive a beneficiary form. Spoke to manager twice about poor service, nothing changed. The reps are unfriendly & seem as though they are doing you a favor by speaking with you. Others are have been outright rude & disrespectful. I have another account at PNC bank where I receive excellent service. I have been using Signal as my main account, but that will soon be changing. Since NO ONE there cares about the lousy service, I will be giving my business to PNCBANK. Also, I have been waiting for over a year to get a bank card with the security chip from Signal. Each time I've called about it, been told it will be a few more months. I would not recommend this credit union to my dog!!
