Horrible customer service!!! Can't give correct information and then make excuse after excuse as to why no one knows whats going on with your account/money. Jessica Aponoves in Beloit needs a lesson in proper customer service. If you don't know whats going on say so, don't give wrong answers that completely inconvenience the customer.
