Customer service is horrible. No matter what time you call, you cannot reach a person without a 20-30 minute hold. If you go in a branch, the tellers are snotty. Maybe instead of re-doing the buildings, they opt for some customer service training.
this credit union customer service sucks.. you literally CANNOT reach a real person. And when you call the phone number, it goes to a 3rd party call center near Chicago who does not have a clue who or what you are talking about. In fact, they have no idea of where this credit union is!!! I was trying to reach Saginaw branch,, big mistake,. If I still lived in Michigan, I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CREDIT UNION. I will be filing a formal complaint with banking authorities. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. IT WILL NOT LET ME GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR
Banking from the Burton location. Great customer service! Waiting time is never too long and I always receive the exact help I need. Transferred half my funds from a national bank and considering them becoming my primary account holder. Great interest rates!! I have been frustrated before calling the 1800 line, as you will always be hold due to customers ahead of you.
You're supposed to be open at 8 but yet nobody answered the phone and it says that your office is not open at this time but on the internet it says you are opened not one person enter answers number one or number 3 prop so obviously you are not open at 8
