Great Credit Union! Always helpful and professional financial services. Love the atmosphere in the office. They have assisted me in getting back on track with credit building strategies and saving money.
I have been a member since the late 70s this is the worst Credit Union I've ever been to I had two accounts had to close one when you call him you're on hold for hours. They are rude and they have no idea what they're doing they won't even talk to my wife will be closing account soon.
very difficult to get on the phone, employees seem very impatient. I will be moving my account soon.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank or credit union. Every time I call there are at least 17 calls ahead of me. I was on the phone for 3 HOURS trying to get bill pay set up. The ladies were very nice but were unable to set up my account. They couldn't figure it out. I made about 6 calls just to set up online banking and went to the branch TWICE. They still couldn't help me. I was told the checks we ordered were sent to our old address and have been trying to track them down for a month. I was finally told they were never sent. I am opening a new account at Sage asap.
Ive been a member for two an a half years an today i spoken with a employee name Patty thats in loss prevention dept that was extremely rude an Very controversial she spoke to me as if i was a child. I visit diffrent scu branches alot an everyone seems so nice an pleasant. The situation today was very unnecessary an completely unprofessional i would really like a call back so that i may fo into further detail
