There very nice and friendly here, always eager to help. If they don't know the correct answer they will find out and not fumble there way through pretending. I appreciate honesty over pride any day! Drive through is rough because you never know when there might only be one teller on the floor if he/she's at the counter how are they supposed to know who drove up when? I've been inside before and clearly seen them get suddenly hit push for back up and handled it all just fine. . . I choose to wait, that day I had time to spare. Bottom line the team are amazing, service with a smile. Thanks Macatawa Bank in Grand Haven!
