Absolutely ridiculous that you cant find a telephoen number for the local branch. Way to make me feel like I don't matter. Very frustrating!!!!
I am so happy that I’ve been a member of LMCU for over 20 years... and that they are finally located in southeast Michigan. Not only do they provide excellent service, they actually care about you. Many thanks to Kirsten at the Farmington Hills location for making my day during a recent visit.
I am having the same issue with branch phone numbers...just want to call the Byron Center branch to see if I can sit down with a rep....cannot even get through to customer service as they are "experiencing higher than usual call volumes"
So tell me why it is SO HARD to simply get a phone number for the branch locations when there is a simple question to ask. This is ridiculous. 27th in a que just to ask for the phone number of a branch location. What is wrong with you people?
Put the numbers of the branches on the website.
The change in LMCU bill pay has a lot to be desired. The new bill pay system does not subtract the amount of the bill on the process date nor even post it in pending so you can see the available balance, this is mostly prevalent when the bill pay has to cut a check. Your balance will not show the deduction till the check is cashed and processed. This can be a delay of a min of 7 business. You can surly overdraw an account in 7 days. I use this service so I do not have to balance my account and not mail in bills no matter where I am.
Poor. I tried to get in contact with my local branch. It sent me to a regional sight. No one would give me the phone number to talk to my branch. Very disappointing.

It would be nice for the elderly if you could be reached by phone....always a automated answer without option to speak directly to a person with a very long wait time....when going in and services overall.....this location is great!
