Membership Eligibility1.Employees of the City of Muskegon, Muskegon Heights, North Muskegon, Muskegon County, Norton Shores, Muskegon Township, the City of Roosevelt Park, the City of Whitehall, the City of Montague, the Village of Fruitport, Ravenna, Twin Lakes, Holton, Laketon Township, or Egleston Township, who work in Muskegon County, Michigan;
2.Civilian employees of the United States Government, who work in Muskegon County, Michigan (except employees of the United States Postal Service in Muskegon County, Michigan)
3.CETA employees who work for any of the above named municipalities, Muskegon County, or the United States Government in Muskegon County, Michigan;
5.Persons who live, work, worship, attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located in the underserved area of Muskegon County, Michigan, consisting of the following 29 census tracts: 0001.00 - 0005.00, 006.01, 006.02, 007.00 - 0013.00, 0014.01, 0014.02, 0015.00, 0019.01, 0019.02, 0020.00 - 0022.00, 0026.01, 0026.02, 0031.00 - 0033.00, 0036.00, and 0040.00; bounded by: starting at the intersection of Harris Rd. and W. Skeeles Rd., west along the Oceana/Muskegon County Line to the Newago/Muskegon County Line/N. Maple Island Rd., south to the Cedar Creek/Egelston Twp. Line, east to the Egelston/Moorland Twp. Line, south along the Egelston/Moorland Twp. Line to the Sullivan/Egelston Twp. Line, west along the Sullivan/Egelston Twp. Line/E. Sherman Blvd. to US Hwy. 31, south to Seaway Dr., northwest to Black Cr./Mona Lake to Lake Shore Blvd./Hoyt St., north to Little Black Cr., southwest along Little Black Ck. to Mona Lake, north to W. Norton Ave., west to Seaway Dr., north to W. Sherman Blvd., west to Henry St., south to W. Norton Ave., west to Wickham Dr., north to W. Sherman Blvd., west to Beach St., south 0.25 mi., west to Lake Michigan, northwest along the Lake Michigan shore to 0.52 miles northeast of the Muskegon Lake Channel, east to S. Buys Rd, north to Pennsylvania Ave., east, northeast along Bear Lake/Muskegon Lake to the Muskegon River, east, northeast along the Muskegon River to the Muskegon/Egelston Twp.
