2.Townships of Hulbert and Whitefish in the County of Chippewa, Michigan
3.Townships of Portage, Newton and Garfield in the County of Mackinac, Michigan
4.Township of Seney in the County of Schoolcraft, Michigan
5.Township of Burt in the County of Alger, Michigan.
B.Results of the merger of Rudyard-Pickford Co-op Credit Union, Rudyard, Michigan effective October 1, 2000.
1.Members of record as of the date of merger
2.The field of membership, as follows:
Share owning members of the Rudyard Cooperative Company, Rudyard, Michigan, living in the Counties of Chippewa and Mackinac, Michigan; also, the Rudyard Cooperative Company of Rudyard, Michigan;
C.Any person over the age of 55 who receives a retirement annuity, pension, social security, or similar retirement payment from private or government sources, and lives in, or belongs to a retirement organization located in the county, or in a county contiguous to the county where the credit union's main office is located
D.Employees of this credit union.
E.Members of the immediate families of the foregoing.
F.Organizations, incorporated or otherwise, composed for the most part of the same general group making up the membership outlined above.
G.A spouse of a deceased member may be elected to membership at any time prior to remarriage.
