Membership EligibilityA.Employees, members and retirees of organizations, as follows:
1. Companies which contract with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 486, Saginaw, Michigan
2.International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 486, Saginaw, Michigan
3.Trucking companies which are located in the counties of Bay, Midland and Saginaw, Michigan.
B.Persons who have a state of Michigan Driver License Type C (chauffeur) with CDL (commercial driver license) Type A, B, or C and reside in the counties of Bay, Midland, or Saginaw, Michigan.
C.Employees or members of employer groups or other organized groups which are located within 25 miles of the credit union's main office, which office location is authorized as:
1540 Tittabawassee Road, Saginaw, Michigan.
Each group must provide a written request for service to the credit union. The Commissioner may permanently or temporarily revoke the power to add groups under this provision at the Commissioner's discretion.
D.Results of the merger of the Tri County Automotive Credit Union, Saginaw, Michigan, effective October 1, 1986:
1.Members of record as of the date of merger
2.The field of membership, as follows:
Employees and retirees of the automobile dealerships, repair garages, and parts distributors which are located in the counties of Bay, Midland, and Saginaw, Michigan.
E.Any person over the age of 55 who receives a retirement annuity, pension, social security, or similar retirement payment from private or government sources, and lives in, or belongs to a retirement organization located in the county, or in a county contiguous to the county where the credit union's main office is located.
F.Employees of this credit union.
G.Members of the immediate families of the foregoing.
H.Organizations, incorporated or otherwise, composed for the most part of the same general group making up the membership outlined above.
I.A spouse of a deceased member if elected to membership prior to remarriage.
