Membership in this credit union is composed of anyone who is a member of Lake Country Power (a member owned utility), or anyone who works in, attends classes, worships, volunteers, or lives in, and businesses and other legal entities located in the St. Louis County, MN Independent School District #2142, and subscribe to at least one share as designated by the Board of Directors, and pay the initial installment thereon and the entrance fee if any. Employees of the Cook Area Credit Union may also be members.
