We have banked here for years and have always liked it. Used to feel like a small town bank, but the name change speaks volumes. National doesn't fit the Neighborhood. Service isn't as friendly as it use to be either. I don't think the employees are as happy as they once where. They get moved around to much. Customers can't get to know the tellers when there's a different one every time you go to the bank. Please don't continue on the path of becoming a financial giant. Because we live in a small town, you could assume that we like a small town bank.
