I used the Bremer Bank ATM machine at the Bremer Bank in Alexandria Minnesota and tried to get $200 in cash. The ATM processed my account but did not give me any money at all. Bremer Bank took the $200 out of my account even though I got nothing. After talking to three different service representatives and their supervisor the best they could do was tell me they would look into it. They would file some paperwork and I was told I might get clarification and my $200 back into my account within 10 days. When I complained about this ridiculously lengthy period of time I was told that they needed time to investigate. I would have never thought that I would be investigated like a criminal so they could keep my $200 for an extra 10 days. Does anybody know a good bank with good service ??
