Reaching them by phone is virtually impossible. After going to "automated attendant hell" and finally being told that all "representatives" are busy, you are then put on hold forever.
over 40 minutes still no customer assistance. phone system does not work. could have walked over by now.
phone system was a joke spent 15 min on hold. unable to call my branch. extremely frustrating a waste of my time.
This banking service is unresponsive to callers. Cannot make contact, on permanent hold and just cut off. Many attempts, and the prompts ask for 'security number' not account number. This, after my online account is repeatedly made unaccesible for no reason. Terrible customer service, a joke.
