Just got my savings statement with a $10.00 deduction for withdrawal inactivity. That will be the absolute LAST $10.00 you deduct from my account. I will be making my last withdrawal on this account within the week. I will be closing this account. I have had this account for 10 years and have NEVER had a deduction of this kind. So much for customer appreciation.
Most non customer friendly credit union ever. Makes you go inside to
make a deposit and will not let you go through the drive through also
very slow doing transactions. Unfriendly tellers all this at the Floirissant
location. I use them as a share branch to make deposits. Have been driving an
extra 7 miles out of the way just to avoid all the inconvience!
