I banked in Sullivan as soon as they took over Progress bank. I moved to Fl. Bought a house here in Fl. Now after one yr I am selling my home and moving back. So I signed a contract with approval from lender and The same bank in Sullivan wants 125 dollars for copies of my last two yrs deposits with them before I closed that account in June. I will not be going back there.

I have banked at the Rolla branch for several years. I have a business that requires a lot of paperwork between myself and the State. In spite of all the extra assistance I've needed to comply with regulations I've never one time been treated rudely or felt as if my privacy was jeopardized. Every person, from tellers to the President, treat myself and others with respect and professionalism. I recommend them frequently.

The potosi branch is horrible and their tellers get into peoples accounts without permission. I will never bank there again.
