I cannot log on to find check my statements each day. Something has happened that you do not recognize me. Changing the home page is confusing. Very upset!
This bank has put me in way too many bad situations due to the crappy "itm" machine that NEVER works, I assumed it was there for the purpose of "convenience" which is OBVIOUSLY not the purpose. As of today I will owe late charges on several payments due to the fact that the machine should be available from 7a to 7p but clearly doesn't work. Which totally defeats my purpose for even deciding to go with this bank. I think I'll be changing my bank as soon as it's convenient. In my own opinion, this bank completely BLOWS!
