My VA disability checks were sent to your Greensboro, NC branch for the Months of July,1 2013 to July 1, 2014 in the amount of $2858.24. I was told in 2015 that I had no money in the bank. I was astonished as to how my accounts were zeroed without my knowledge or consent. I found out when a $25.00 check bounced. I went to the branch to discuss it with Truliant and a young caucasian woman discussed it with me and was nervous and shaking and told me "that you took your money ". I asked for an investigation and copies of the investigation but as of this date I have not received anything from Truliant, but a phone conversation. I would like a statement and copy of all records used in the investigation and the name of the parties involved. This has caused me many financial problems and at the age of 76 years old I find it very common for institutions to misuse and misappropriate senior citizens funds. I await your prompot response

Relating to Lisa Light, I went through the same thing when I tried to get an account with Truliant. My credit was wacked up. I opened an account with a bank, they charged for everything. After, about 4 months I went back to Truliant and talked to the rep in person. However, after he ran an inquiry on my banking account they saw how I saved.you can't have insufficient funds on any banking accounts. Try again don't beat yourself up. Truliant is the best credit Union out of all the credit Union. They have good experience in working with you.

Being a member for over 5 years. Great service and staff. This credit Union works with the customers with dignity and well respect. Only problem they moved from Cincinnati to North Carolina. Wish they were back here.

So, I apply for two accounts, rep runs my credit, THEN tells me I cannot have a check card for 6 months because I have to prove myself trustworthy with my own money! What a joke! I will not be putting my money in this place! Now,I have an inquiry on my credit report! Thanks!!!!
