I've been using this bank for years; they were behind the times at first, but then moved into the 21st century. They HAD a telephone service to check balances, creds, debits, etc. and then it went on the blink... don't know why it's taking them so long to repair it?? very inconvenient and I wish they would hire a PRO to repair it and get the service up & running. PLEASE!
