I went to this branch at 10108 South Main Street Archdale, NC 27263 several times to make a deposit for my friend, and the tellers always treat me rude and are now harassing me over an account I had several years ago.
I make the deposit for him, because he has Cancer and can not get to the bank for himself, so he asks me to do it for him, which actually is a long way out of the way for me anyway, but I do it for him. I had an account with Community One Bank at this branch, and ended closing the account with a balance of a negative $74.00. I have not been able to correct this money owed, because I have not had the money to spare to correct it. Now mind you, I am only making deposits for this person and on January 4, 2017, two of your tellers harassed me again, saying they need all my information)social security number and picture ID) in order to make his deposit, which in fact does not have anything to do with me. I will not be making deposit for him any more in the future for him at this Bank, and I'm hoping he closes this account and opens one in another Bank not affiliated with Community One. I will also tell everyone of the experience I have had to deal with within this bank, in hopes that they will either close their accounts or go to another Bank. your tellers are rude, and not professional at all, to stand and confront me about an issue I have with your Bank in front of everybody else. To rate this service and customer service within your Bank, I would have to give it a ZERO rating. I do intend on taking this matter up with the corporate office.
