Their was money taken out my safe deposit box at capitol bank at bull gap the teller samatha put her index finger and thumb over the sign in card at bank and when I went into my safe deposit box their was money missing.but all I can say you want profit im praying for you

Insultingly bad customer service. I've been a customer for nearly two decades and I'm treated like a criminal with every transaction. Loyalty means nothing to this group. My entire family and friends are looking for better options. Is it just this branch or the company that is in need of service training.
I’m a realtor and l deposited a check in the atm Friday night thinking that this would be the quickest way to get it into my account. Since it was a check over 5,000 they are holding it for 2 weeks. The check was my commission from Exit Realty a well known company. I was informed rather unkindly that l shouldn’t have done that and there is nothing they can do. I am a single mother with 2 kids and we have no money for groceries or anything else. I have tried talking to several people, including customer service. As soon as l get my money, l am changing banks. I have been a customer for years. This was the Portland, TN branch. Help desperately needed
Well you have managed to corrupt a useful program with a difficult one. Furthermore, my wife's debit card, stopped working as she was buying groceries.
Question: did you publish instructions prior to, and for a reasonable period thereafter all your changes. Maybe I need to do my banking elsewhere.
I have never dealt with a bank as bad as this. A death certificate is on file for my husband but I have to fight with them to correct their mistakes. If I did not have automated payments set up I would transfer.

The ladies at this branch are wonderful! My needs are always met in a timely manner with a smile. Charmaine, the branch manager, has gone out of her way to help me while I had the daunting task of setting up a probate account when I loss both parents in the same year. Your bank now sucks with your new lousy system . I have been to the bank with my phone to get things to work. finally we got my phone app to work . now that dosn't work and neither dose my on line account work on my computer.. WHO is the IDIOT that screwed up this system again. we will go to the bank tommorow and CHANGE BANKS. How STUPID CAN YOU PEOPLE BE
