I've received nothing but great customer service at SECU University Branch and would like to thank Brandon Guy for his excellent customer service, responding, and answering all of my questions in a timely manner. You Rock! I'm so glad to be a member of SECU!

My husband Bennie and I are long time customers with state CU...and really enjoy the excellent service on Wendover Rd Branch in Charlotte.
I wonder if I may find a number for Tigan Love a manager there. I would like to ask her information abut something. Please see if she will send me an email. I do have a Captioning phone for the deaf and would talk to her..but email may be better. We are both housebound and both deaf at this point. Thank you so much for all the people in this branch as well as the 4th St office. Eleanor McCaskill

This branch has been a blessing to me. I first opened up an account here almost two years ago and Josh Gnadiek has really helped me out. He is good about answering any questions that I have and keeping me informed. The other team members are also always helpful and greets you with a warm welcome every time. I am happy that I became a member and I look forward to continuing my relationship with NC SECU and particularly this branch, because they have been so good to me. Josh rocks and I appreciate his expertise and professionalism!

I've been a customer at this credit union since it opened. The service has always been first-class. Any questions that I've had have always been politely and knowledgeably answered. I'm glad that I decided to join SECU. My previous banking experience was with one of the major banks in this area. The constant increases​ in bank charges, deplorable treatment of customers and their general attitude drove me away.
