Paul Miller seems to spend most of his time focused on all his neighbors and harassing city code inspectors for his constant complaints that a majority of his neighbors are violating city code. Any question asked of the "bankers" results in seemingly endless typing, often with no answer emerging. I tried to get an IRA CD rate to no avail including two phone calls by the employee to HQ on my behalf. I went home after wasting a lot of time at the bank and googled IRA CD Wells Fargo and had the information immediately. P.S. The tellers are excellent.

I have been banking at the same branch office for many years now. They know me by name, ask about my little girl, they see me every week, a place where 7 deposits a month go. I lost my wallet the other day and went to my local branch office where they know me. They called me by name when I walked in and shook my hand. I told them I lost my wallet and needed a new bank card. The big banker Justin asked me for my DL? I lost my wallet it was in there I said. He said oh to bad you will have to wait 7-14 days for a new card. Then he stated if I like he will get me $20 from my account so I can go get a new DL. What an Asshole! I left upset and called the 800 number when I got home. They told me how to get money from my account without a bank card and also shipped me another cc overnight. I will never go to my local branch office again and will be closing all accounts with Well Fargo in the coming weeks because of the way I was treated at branch office.
I am a team member I walked in to do a deposit and requested to use a bathroom. I was wearing my badge and making a deposit where they could check to see who I am and see that I am SAFE certified. The manager refused to let me me saying it "wasn't a public restroom". I understood and stated that I was in fact a team member. He refused to let me use the restroom. I called to speak to him about it and he was extremely snarky. I explained I understood what he was saying and stated that he was in fact NOT customer eccentric. To treat even a team member that way was just the bottom of the barrel for me. U would not go to this location again even though it's down the street from my home.

I never go to the Mequon Wi. branch anymore. Closed my account. A few years ago their 'manager' Michael Williams called the police on me. Wells Fargo Card Services sent me a letter instructing me to go to the bank to be indentified because I used an incorrect password causing them to stall my account. Easy enough I thought. Because my drivers licence had a flag on it and his did not, he and another employee, Ann Gibson, accused me of having a "fraudulent licence" and a "fraudulent letter". I called the 800 number on the letter for them but that wasn't good enough. They called the police and then Williams proceeded to make up absurd stories like I was "bouncing checks" and "having confirmed fraud on my credit card". None of that was true. I sure hope they fired that moron. If he is the manager at that branch, STAY AWAY.

I went into my local Wells Fargo office in Berkelely Heights NJ on Springfield Avenue yesterday. I was having difficulty setting up a wire transfer in my online Wells Fargo account. Victor Cruz took care of me. The resolution required Victor calling the Wells Fargo technical team. All worked very hard to resolve my issue and we made the wire transfer. Victor is awesome. Liz Donnelly, Service Manager I, gave my sister a first-hand example of why I bank at Wells Fargo. We inherited a piggy bank from our uncle. This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my cards connected to my acct. They are very incompetent, uneducated, and lack knowledge needed to do what their suppose to do. My daily limit has now reduced after bwing a member since 2005 and having direct deposit for years due to the incompetent performances. Walked in at 9:00am Sat., April 21, 2018. Personal Banker, Brandon Bynum looked at me standing near his desk, and simply said, "Ya want me?" No smile. No, "Hello, ma'am, how may I help you this morning?" Sat down to discuss some weird, unacceptable account issues after 15 years of having my accounts at Wells Fargo. He looked at me and, I kid you not, said, "Don't talk AT me, talk to me," with attitude that would have boiled water.

I have encountered many ill-equipped and ill-informed banking employees through out my 20 year long career in Corporate Finance / Accounting, sadly, I must admit that 2 of the bank employees at this Dallas branch now take top honors as the worse! I am aware that Wells Fargo will close branches that are in proximity to others. I'm concerned about two branches in Philadelphia that are only about five minutes apart, namely Chestnut Hill and Market Square. When or if a decision has to be made to close one or the other, the logical decision should be to close the Chestnut Hill branch. Market Square has free parking; drive-in ATM; drive-in window; and is open on Saturdays. The Chestnut Hill branch has none of the aforementioned amenities.
I am a Certified Arborist who banks often at you branch. I hope you didn't pay the tree trimmer that butchered those Palo Verde Trees around your bank building. The leaf tissue is the food making ability for the tree, and there is hardly a leaf left on those trees. They are now subject to sunscald and in their weakened state subject to disease and pests. Those trees have been altered forever and will likely die over time. You should hold the tree trimmer or chain saw massacre crew accountable for ruining those trees, and charge them back for any that die. As a professional tree care specialist with 30 years of experience it just sickens me to look at those trees every time I come to the bank or Ralphs. Who hired these jerks?

My recipient of a funds transfer who banks with this bank branch in Irvington told me he did not receive the funds when in fact Wells Fargo Head Office confirmed that funds was credited to his Account some 10 days earlier. Yet recipient kept saying no funds were received. How crazy is this??? Modern computer transfer and instant communication protocol, etc cannot confirm receipt of funds. Is this staff management problems or just unprofessional mismanagement and stuff-ups ??? Would like a reply from Branch Manager concerning this ASAP.

My debit card was stolen 22nd of November, so I called fraud alert system to block my card and checks. But my online banking access has been blocked also and since " weeks I can not access, and Customer service can not solve my problem, and told me to get a reference number at my wells fargo branch in USA. But I live abroad so it is no sens to take a plane, spend money to unlocked my online access; So what can I do? please find a solution to solve my problem
I only go to this bank to cash checks given to me by my mother. I was standing outside waiting for the doors to be opened. It was time I rang the bell and the assistant says "we don't go by your time we go by ours." her attitude made me want to mop her up instead I told her you say good morning. Instead of having an attitude because you never know who your talking too. Either she shouldn't be working in customer service...or her attitude is just shity. This was not the first time I've come across this person and her terrible demeanor.
My husband and I visited this office on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017 to ADD my name to his accounts (we were married earlier this year). Upon arriving, the branch manager quickly approached us and directed us to a customer service rep. Unfortunately this particular customer service rep is someone my husband had dealt with before and was not helpful (as a result another associate was called in to assist in handling my husbands banking).
The CSR asked if I ever had any accounts with them and I said yes, but the account was opened 5 yrs ago and closed out within 60 days of opening.... and of course under my maiden name. She then stated that I needed to provide my marriage license in order to "add my name onto an account I was never on." My driver's license which one can not obtain without first dealing with social security was not valid enough.
My husband, already at odds about dealing with this particular CSR, was not happy and he asked to speak to the manager. She comes in, and yes my husband was upset and she rightly so said to calm down otherwise I can't help you, agrees with this CSR that a marriage license is needed. I chimed in stating he's only "adding" my name, that my name was never on his account in the first place.
I've worked in a bank for 27 yrs and yes things change, but one thing that is is still the norm is adding someone to an existing account requires only a driver's license.
My husband and I visited another branch and was taken care of in a very professional manner and a marriage license was not needed, only the driver's license as I expected all along.
I'm not one to complain and yes things happen we're not happy with, but my concern is in going forward, 2 of the employees at Wedgewood and 1 of them is a branch manager, are ill informed as to something so simple as adding a name and makes me question what else are they doing that's incorrect?!
You really need to re-evaluate this branch and maybe even re-train your manager and CSR because this is bad for business. You give good customer service, in return not only will your customers come back but will "buy" into your products as well as recommend this branch. Until things change "there" at this branch, I will continue to persuade people to visit other locations. It's all about customer service and Wedgewood Plaza missed their mark by a long shot.

Great bank but having trouble getting in my account on line.
I went to this bank and the manager was very rude to me and I felt uncomfortable and left.
I have been trying to contact the Wells Fargo Branch in Port Isabel, Texas and the Wells Fargo Customer Service line without success. All I want to know is the "SWIFT CODE" for the Port Isabel Branch so that I can transfer funds from my Canadian Bank to my Wells Fargo Account in Port Isabel. I normally contact Maria Rosales at this Branch but unfortunately she has been away for awhile and have not been able to contact anyone else at this Branch. The bank on Lichen use to be great. Now under new management. The change in management has changed that friendly attitude it once had. I don't like this branch anymore because they act like they are above you, they are rude and treat people unfairly. Over all there are a few men that work there that are very nice and helpfull, as for management and the tellers very difficult to get a long with.
Just deposited a check for almost 200,000 and was told they would put a hold on it. The teller was very unprofessional and childish when questioned about the number of days for a hold.
THE WORST WF branch I've visited. I tried to cash a check from my dba account, and was turned down by the bank manager, because she insisted that it was not allowed. I even tried to explain to her about the fact that her decision and interpretation could be incorrect, but she was so arrogant, unfriendly and uncourteous towards an 18+ year steady client, that I saw no point in dealing with such an egotistical character. I then went to another branch and did the exact same thing with absolutely no questions or problems.
They lost a mortgage payment. 09/12/2017 I have not gone to this location yet, I've written WF online twice and they've been less than helpful so far. Hopefully, the manager will redeem this location, based on google reviews they're less than helpful there too.

Jerry was very helpful in trying to speed up the process for release of a real estate lien held by Wells Fargo. Eventually, he was not successful -- but that was due to bank procedures and not his lack of trying. He tried very hard.

This is regarding property in foreclosure at 21 N. Yucca Ave, Boles, NM. There is a swarm of bees living inside the carport ceiling and weeds covering the entire property.
Rose L. Brand and Associates is representing you in the foreclosure process. They have been notified and additionally, Seterus property management, as they are the responsible party for property maintenance. There hasn't been any property maintenance is well over 2 years and now a swarm of bees has built a hive in the carport, thus presenting a health and safety issue. I just moved to Rochester, MN and went to Wells Fargo for the first time 06/13/17. There was one teller at the counter and one at the drive thru. With only one customer ahead of me I was surprised when I waited over five minutes. At the ten minute mark, the customer asked the sole teller if there was someone else to help. Andy responded that the girl was "in the back." The customer asked if he could step aside so the teller could help those who were waiting. Andy responded, "I don't mind if they wait." At the fifteen minute mark the drive thru teller came over and helped me. I was furious. What poor, ridiculous service. I expect to wait my turn and realize there are situations that take longer to address. The fact that Andy could've call on the other teller to help and had the audacity to verbally say he didn't care that the line of four had to wait was infuriating!! The 55th St branch is closest to my new house. I will not make the mistake of returning to it. No one was available besides the teller to visit with. I hope someone will care enough to read this feedback and address the issue. I'm still upset about the situation the next day and will certainly share this with everyone I can!!

Your website says lobby hours are 9am - 6 pm. However, when I called at 9:15 am the voicemail message said you weren't open until 10 am. Please answer your phones during the same hours as the lobby hours or adjust your website. This is the kind of inconsistency that makes for bad customer service.
Poor, poor, poor customer service and highly understaffed. Definetly does not exist to provide customer service, just want to make money. I understand it's a business but years of mistreatment I've received from this bank made me so furious I will take my business somewhere else. From my personal experience, i highly suggest not banking at this location.

I reside in Petersburg VA about 45 min from Henrico VA. I had a direct deposit to my account on 12/6. Had some issues with a few online payments that morning because my address wasn't updated for my card. It was resolved. That evening, while at the Henrico Branch (7101 West Broad St) around 4:15pm I needed to make a withdrawal for a VERY important payment due by 5pm. There was almost triple the amount needed available in my account. The teller called the manager over who told me my funds were not avail and to return tomorrow. I provided all the necessary identification and also explained what happened rallied that morning and even told them the charges that were made during the day if there were concerns about the account.
She informed me that the funds weren't avail. I told her I withdrew $1,100 earlier in the day. She said it was at her discretion. I called the 800 number and they assured me the funds were available. I returned into the branch and was still unable to to withdraw funds.
I had to go to the next closest branch (which let me withdraw the funds) but I was unable to get back to make my payment by 5pm.
The manager at the Henrico branch was very condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of customers.
She didn't want to explain or even rationalize her decision. It was "at my discretion" and "the funds aren't available".

If you can go to a different location, DO IT!! the works bank, customer servise sucks, I go to a different locations every Friday to deposit drivers payroll, no stub, as one of the rep told me to do when I asked for deposit slips, no problems at all on the Tamiami location near Mcdonalds, Port Charlotte, no problem on Tamiami Sarasota Publix mall, no problem on Tamiami location, Target shopping next to Chase bank, I use any of the above location depending on the situation, every Friday, and last Friday I made a cash deposit and I was the only one on the Drive Thru, teller was with my deposits more than 10 minutes and after that for my $13,000 cash deposit she requested my Driver License, which I sent, after more minutes she requested my social security number written on a paper and she sent again the tube to do so, I asked for a manager about all that, social security??? is just a deposit? DL,, ok, but I asked about all that and how much is the minimum to deposit without asking for DL and manager said she cannot provide that info,,,REALLY? so who can? just to avoid all that hassle for a simple deposit that i was making along with four more check deposits,,not even willing to help or to answer more questions, very mean, a young short black hair female with no manager attitude or visible experience,
Five calls later, I still couldn't reach a live person. Every prompt to speak to a banker was selected and I could ONLY get routed to the automated loop. FRUSTRATING!

I have visited several Welles Fargo banks over the years. On 9/27/16 I visited 180 Madison Avenue location. During transaction I requested a transaction history and received it for a different account of mine. I requested the desired transaction history from someone who happened to be a store manager, jon lui. I gave him my transaction receipt and my transaction history. I began to input my card and pin# in the machine when he asked for ID. Since I was just at another teller I thought that would be sufficient and I had just given him my papers. He began to explain why I needed an ID. I showed him my ID and he continued to tell me about identification. I said I didn't need a lecture, I just wanted the transaction history I requested. He decided to give me back the bank receipt only, not the original transaction history I had given him with it. He came from behind the glass with the second transaction history only and decided to give me a lecture in front of the entire bank about identification. I told him I had been baking for 50 years. He didn't like it and threw me out of the bank. Jon lui the store manager said he wasn't going to give me my paper back and I could call all the numbers I wanted to and bragged, go ahead take my name. He also threatened to call the police and laughed in my face. I was disrespected because I didn't want him to lecture me in a bank full of people. Jon Lui was condescending, cocky and very disrespectful and let the title of store manager go to his head. I reported the incident and received a call from the district manager, who gave the niceties and said he would get more training?????? I felt slimed. I am a long standing customer with Wells Fargo....from First Union to Wachovia to Wells. Jon kui has no business in any customer relation capacity, especially at a large financial institution. There was no need for him to flex his muscles after I gave him my ID. And there was no need for him to keep my original transaction detail. This is the worst banking experience I have ever encountered.
There too many alternatives that give better service with professional courteous store manager.

WOW!!! I cannot begin to say how wonderful this branch has been to my family & myself. I love the Wilsonville Wells Fargo branch. The staff is professional and friendly. They are genuine & kind. They always greet me by name & make me feel as if I belong to their bank, not only as an account holder, but as a member of the community. They know me. The management greets me in the lobby & makes it important to call me back immediately if I reach out to them from home. This is my bank. I'll never leave Wells Fargo & I'll never take my business away from the Wilsonville Branch.

Managers and Tellers need more training. some tellers are always moody at this location. Tellers and managers simply denied me to do the deposit of my check. so i have drive to Lebanon branch to deposit my check .and guess what i simply give my debit card and check to teller and she deposit my check at Lebanon branch.
