I was notified by letter that they are closing the bank in Hay Springs in August.
I am not a very "happy camper" about this and will be closing my account & removing my CD and going elsewhere. I transferred to this bank several years ago from a bank that I had been with for over 10 yrs because I was impressed with the comments regarding the bank and the staff.
The Hay Springs bank employees get a 5 Star rating, but after this change, the bank itself doesn't even rate 1 Star. I have even encouraged people to use this bank because it was great to deal with.
Too Bad, So Sad, on to someplace else where the customer is important to the bank. It is apparent that we small town customers don't matter, even though your bank states it is the 'Most Committed Brand in Banking in the Sandhills"!!!! Guess we are not considered "Sandhills".
If I could give you "NO STARS", I would. Unfortunately, this rating is not on the list to pick from. I wonder how many other Sandhill's customers are as unhappy as I am.
