Rude rude and just rude customer services they are there but not willing to help out with a basic customer services I will never put my feet in there at all! I rather go out of my way and go somewhere where else then go in there specially the drive-through services it was horrible!!!! I wish they had a negative stars because I would’ve gave him a -10 stars don’t waste your time and money by going there One of the worst mistakes you can do by opening up by opening any kind of banking services over there!

Great experience. Freddy Jaramillo was very helpful in resolving a problem we had in depositing a check that required authorization codes. He went out of his way to make sure problem was solved.
