Great experience
I have been trying to dispute unauthorized transaction we were alerted to over the weekend by calling the Proponent Federal Credit Union. So far no luck in speaking to a live person. I have tried 800-457-8058 and 973-338-1133 but NOBODY picked up. This is totally unacceptable! Poor service!
Worst bank I ever had. They have their own hours. Don't want to accept cash. What kind of bank is that? Forget it. I'm out!
