Was a faithful customer of Sun National Bank for over 20 years. Now this transition. I attempt to pay my my bills and to my best judgment decided to check if "routing numbers" changed since I pay online mortgage, etc. There was a change of which I was not notified.The person I spoke to at East Vineland was very rude and when asked if there was a manager available ( there wasn't) or a supervisor, they hung up on me when I told her that I would be taking my business to TD Bank.... Obviously this is not the "old" Sun Bank customer service I was use to!!!
First, the staff at local branches are knowledgeable and customer oriented; however we began the mortgage refinance process on a second home and it was anything but smooth. The process began the second week of August and was labored by inaccurate numbers and little guidance. Our rate was significantly increased when we entered the homestretch, which was blamed on a FICO score, even though the credit report was run weeks ago. The appraisal fee was collected up front via a credit card payment, so we unfortunately will be out the cost should we choose not to proceed at the higher rate. Staff members are apologetic, which is the one positive of the process.
This is making me NUTS! After going through all the rigamarole to access our checking account, I STILL can't access our account. Now what should I do?
Not sure what the other review was all about, but the girls in this branch are always welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly! They always help me with any questions that I have and go out of their way to make sure all my needs are met.
Don't choose this branch to bank. If you choose this bank steer clear of this branch. Lori and Rita are completely nasty and unhelpful. Go to Wall and deal with Linda and her staff. They are great! Crazy how you can have experiences that are night and day within the same bank by using another, more professional, and busier branch!

Our service representative, Diane DeSchino, was exceptionally skilled and caring about our needs and concerns. She made us feel welcome with her pleasant attitude. She not only set up our accounts, but helped us when we were compromised on our computer. Ocean First lives up to all my expectations of what a bank is. I have visited there on several occasions, and Diane is always willing to assist me. I intend to keep banking here, as I know I will be respected and cared for as a customer.
Hi, just recently opened an account through my employer, what I did notice is the
branches close to me open late and close early, not convenient for people who work until 5 o'clock. I'm sure its been mentioned before

Opened an account at this location. The people were friendly and the service was great. They quickly got me set up with a new account, answered all my questions and when I had trouble setting up my account online yhey quicky resolved my problem. I look forward to many years of banking with Cape Bank which will have a new name in October.
Many people I know, including me have had problems at this bank, employees do not know what they are doing and tell you false information.
