Horrible bank! No ATM’s, unprofessional and rude staff, they are quick to BLOCK you from accessing your money with NO NOTICE.
Don't bank here. Company is severely understaffed. Employees struggle to do their work. Lots of issues and errors arise because management doesn't care. People getting the wrong deposits and withdrawals from their accounts, being incorrectly charged fees, being given special treatment if they know the CEO. Phones are rarely answered, most employees keep them on silent to avoid dealing with members. Very unprofessional.
